Stephanie Pijper’s Work Selected for RBSA Portrait Prize Exhibition

spijperstudio613SSA Member, Stephanie Pijper will be exhibiting her portrait painting ‘Studio 6.13’ as part of the works selected for the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists (RBSA) annual Portrait Prize exhibition 2013.

Portraits from across the UK were chosen by senior members of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters who will also exhibit alongside the selected works.
The exhibition will be opened and prizes presented by President of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters Alastair Adam on Thursday 18th July.

The Royal Birmingham Society of Artists is one of the oldest Art Societies in the UK, playing an important part in the Pre-Raphaelite movement; Sir John Everett Millais and Sir Edward Burne-Jones both having served as presidents of the RBSA.
